Natural remedy for constipation

Hello everyone welcome to my blog, I'm glad to be here, most of u must have seen my videos on YouTube , thank u so much for all d views ,likes,comments &subscribing .today I will be talking on how to use extra virgin oil to cure constipation, I know it might sound ridiculous to some of you, but this really work& ive got alot of feedback concerning this. Get 4tablespoonful on a empty stomach early in the morning without drinking water or anything , in the next 1hr you will definitely visit the toilet & release it all.am sure you find this useful.
