How to make ginger tea at home and the health benefits

Hi everyone , today I will be teaching you how to make your own ginger tea at home .
Ginger is one of the natural antibiotics we've got and it heals alot of ailments and something you should have in your kitchen all the time,do you know is also a good source of vitamins A,C,E AND B-complex aswell as magnesium,phosphorus,potassium,iron,zinc,calcium and beta-carotene.
 It also has anti-inflammatory,anti nausea,antispasmodic,anti fungal,antibacterial and antiviral properties that can help treat and prevent health issues.
              How to prepare your ginger tea
        1: Get a fresh ginger
        2: Peel the ginger and slice about 6thin slices
       3: Add about cups of cold water in a clean cooking pot
       4: Add the ginger slices boil for about 10 minutes
       5: Strain the water to remove the ginger
       6: Add 2 teaspoonful of honey
        7: Get a fresh lemon and squeeze in the drink stir and enjoy your drink
        8: You can drink upto 3 cups a day & try not to drink it in excess, remember too much of everything is not good.
                  Health benefits
   1: It helps reduce menstrual pain
 2: It helps relieve pains
 3: It helps improve blood circulation
4: It fights respiratory infections
5: It strengthens and boost immunity
6: It relieves stomach disorders/ pains
7: It help relieve nausea

      Side effects
   Drinking or consuming too much of ginger could cause vomiting and diarrhea, it leads to low blood pressure and it can cause insomnia
 Try not to give children under the age of 2 ginger drink of any form
  Ginger isn't suitable for people suffering from blood disorder, gallstones & some heart problems.

Home remedies for minor burns

Hi everyone, guess you all had a nice day.
Today I will be talking about how to use home and natural remedy to treat minor burns.
Minor burns are often referred to as first degree burns, it damages only the top layers of the skin,it hurts so much and painful,it could happen due to hot fluids or steam.
 Minor burns develop blisters quickly if not treated quickly,alot of natural remedies can heal it quickly as shortly as possible within few days or upto 3weeks.
                Things to use
   1:Corn dough
   2: Cold water
    3:Honey
     4: Fresh egg

   Corn dough known as (ogi in Yoruba,akamu in Igbo) in Nigeria, pardon me I don't know what is called in Hausa & other languages , it's made out of blended corn.
   1: Get just a little corn dough and apply to the place affected immediately
    2:Leave it there for atleast 30-40minutes before washing it off
     3: Do not rub it in just apply it gently

      Cold water it relieves immediately and very effective
     1: Get a cup of water pour on the affected area or leave it for several minutes under a running tap of cold water
     2: Do this continuously until you get relieved of the discomfort

       Honey:honey effectively disinfects wounds and helps burns,due to the antibacterial and anti inflammatory properties. It also helps to reduce the chances of having hypertrophic scars.
    1: Get the honey jar and pour on a clean dry gauze bandage
     2: Apply or place on the affected burn area
     3: Leave it in for atleast 30-60mins ,change the bandage three to four times a day.

      Fresh egg: egg is so wonderful for minor burns
   1: Get just one fresh egg
    2: Break and apply straight on the affected area
    3: Leave it in for about 40-60miutes , then wash it off

How to treat cracked heel with home and natural remedy

Hello everyone, I welcome you all to the month of November & this month shall bring us all a testimony that sounds like a lie .(amen)
 Today I will be talking on how to treat cracked heel, you see some people with this and you wonder what is going on. Cracked heels sometimes be called fissures, cracked heel looks very unpleasant and do you know this can be very painful,am sure some of you don't know this.it usually starts with white folds around the back of the heels,most especially when the area is very dry & when is left untreated then the cracks begin to split open and becomes gaping crevices that bleed.when it gets to this stage it becomes very painful and uncomfortable,as the skin edges are pulled apart by the increased tension on the skin & it could get infected if not treated .
    You could prevent having cracked heels by reducing putting on flip flops and backless shoes often, it doesn't mean you can't put them on, but reduce putting it on all the time.

      Things you can use
  1: Lemons
  2:Vegetable oil
   3:Epsom salt

   Lemons :because of the acidic property in lemons ,this can be very effective & will soften the cracked area .
 1: Get about 20ml of lemon juice add it with warm water in a clean dry bowl
  2: Soak your feet in the mixture for about 15-20mins
  3: Get pumice stone and scrub gently
  4: Wash your feet and part dry with a clean dry towel

       Vegetable oil:you can make use of variety of different oils we've got like sesame oil,coconut oil and olive oil
          1: Get a clean bowl and fill it warm water and soap
          2: Soak your feet in this for about 10-15minutes then scrub gently with pumice stone
           3: Wash your feet and dry with clean dry towel
            4:Apply any of the oils mentioned up there on the cracked area
             5: Put on a clean dry socks and leave it on overnight
              6: Do this often until the cracks heels are gone .

            Epsom salt :this something I've known ever since I was a little girl and this Epsom salt treats a lot of things,it helps in improving circulation.
                 1: Mix half sachets of Epsom salt in a clean dry bowl with warm water
                 2: Soak your feet in this mixture for about 10-15minutes
                  3: Scrub your feet gently with pumice stone and leave it back in the mixture for it to soak for about 10minutes
                   4: Dry your feet with clean and dry towel , apply some petroleum to moisturise the cracked area
                     5: Do this constantly till the crack heels are gone .
