Heartburn is a burning sensation in the stomach and chest just behind the breastbone. This is usually caused by acidic stomach juices and moves into the esophagus when the valve between the esophagus and the stomach is not properly closed this often happens especially after eating acidic foods or fatty foods someone like me I have heartburn often when I eat beans but I have water by my side often to help because I need beans because is protein and living healthy is my thing so having balance diet often is just my way of life i will be talking about two things I've tried often apart from water. I hope this will be useful to you all I will like to get comments from you all because this is what helps me going ,thank you all.
Firstly I will be talking about ginger Ginger is very medicinal and cures alot of ailments,
1.get a fresh peeled and washed ginger
2.crush the ginger
3.get a 150ml cup of hot water
4.Add 2tea spoon of the crushed ginger inside the hot water
5.leave it to concentrate and drink this about 3times daily till you get relieved .
Secondly I will be talking about vinegar,it's easiest and faster you could use apple cider vinegar if you can get it .
1. Get about 150ml cup of warm water 2.get 2teaspoon of vinegar or apple cider vinegar mix together with the warm water
3.drink it before meal for atleast 3days or till you don't feel it anymore.
