Hello everyone,I will be talking about how to treat and manage high blood pressure at home high blood pressure is a very serious condition that if it is left untreated it can lead to something very serious like damage to the heart,blood vessels,kidneys and many other parts of the body. It is important you keep to good diet and lifestyle for example you have to eat nutritious meals,restrict sodium intake limit your alcohol intake,reduce your caffeine intake (coffee) and u need to stop stressing yourself i remember growing up seeing people with such ailment using just ginger and garlic. I'm talking about ginger and garlic,this two things are very good for alot of ailments.
1.get a fresh garlic and ginger
2.get a empty 1liter clear bottle
3.get 1bigsize of ginger peeled and washed
4.peel your ginger then wash
5.dice d ginger,pour in the clean bottle and add the clean garlic to it
6.fill d bottle up with water and close tightly
7.leave in the fridge for 24hrs,then drink a minimum of normal size of glass cup everymorning before meal.8.check your blood pressure daily you will see it will keep going down instead of rising up.
