Abdominal bloating is a condition which makes people feel filled up and tight due to buildup gas in the small intestine.
Abdominal bloating is something I've had ever since I was a little girl and is due to
IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) o Lord help me this condition is just the worse thing to ever happen to someone, this makes you see me have a big stomach sometimes & flat Belly sometimes,and some people think I deceive them by saying my stomach as gone down,today I will let u know this is the reason this happen and it makes you get choosy with what you eat.
Symptoms of abdominal bloating
1: cramps
2:lower back pain
3:belching
4:diarrhoea
5:pain in the stomach area
A lot of things can cause abdominal bloating,main reason is build up intestinal gas. Some other reasons are:
1: Constipation
2: peptic ulcers
3:Trapped air
4:Anxiety
5: menopause
6: irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
I will talking about few things I use personally ,
Things to use
1:Ginger tea/fresh ginger
2: chamomile tea/fresh chamomile
3:peppermint tea/fresh peppermint (scent leaf in Nigeria)
Ginger tea/fresh ginger
Ginger is a well known herbs that can be used to reduce gas and bloating.it as got alot of active ingredients,like pungent compound gingerols and shogaols that helps to reduce inflammation in the intestines
1:Put 6slices of ginger in a cup and add boiling water
2:leave it to steam for at least 10minutes and add 1teaspoonful of honey to it
3:Stir and drink for 3times a day
4:Boil water and add your ginger tea bag
5: leave it to concentrate and add 1teaspoonful of honey stir and drink 3times daily
Chamomile tea\fresh camomile it's a very effective herbal tea that has got anti inflammatory and anti-spasmodic properties that helps soothe the stomach
1: Boil water ,pour in a 250ml tea cup
2:Add a bag of chamomile tea and leave it to simmer for atleast 10minutes
3:Squeeze out the tea bag ,then drink it atleast 3times daily .
Peppermint tea: peppermint as got menthol oil,which has an anti-spasmodic effect on the smooth muscle of the digestive track,this usually help to relieve gastrointestinal tract.
1: Get about few fresh peppermint leaves wash and chew
2: Boil water and pour in a 250ml cup then add your peppermint teabags
3: leave it in to simmer for 10minutes
4: drink and make sure you dink this atleast every time after meal ,every day .

I will be giving one of these a try. Most likely the ginger. It used to be a routine till I got lazy. Thanks for sharing.
