How To Treat Athlete Foot With Home And Natural Remedy


Hello everyone, today I will be talking about athlete foot.
 Athlete foot is also known as ringworm of the foot, it's a common and contagious skin disease that causes itching,scaling ,flaking and sometimes blistering of the affected areas.

Athlete could be hereditary, I'm very sure of this because alot of my siblings have got athlete foot, I escaped this due to having my mums full gene I think (laughs). The infection is caused by fungus called tinea pedis that loves to grow in moist,warm places,  your feet should be open to fresh air often , avoid  covered shoes & socks for too long.
                        Symptoms
          1:  Itching between the toes
          2: Blistering
           3:Burning sensation
            4:Dryskin
            5:Peeling of skin
I dabbled into  a journal online someday it quotes : men are more likely to develop athletes foot than women,the reason why this happens is not scientifically known yet. It. Says it can spread from one person to another through contact with contaminated surfaces.
 I will be talking about,Three things that I know of,
                  Things you can use
         1: Onions
          2:Vinegar
           3: Garlic
 
        Onions : onion is also know as bulb onion or common onion,onion is also part of natural antibiotics, it has anti fugal  as well as anti-inflammatory properties that help treat the athlete foot, it's so effective and kills the fungus and also stops it from spreading ,
 1: blend about one or two  bulb of onions
2: strain the juice and keep in a clean bowl
3; wash the area with lukewarm water , then apply the onion juice
4: leave it for atleast 15minutes and maximum 30minutes
5:wash with lukewarm water after  and part dry properly, do this  for atleast  once or twice a week,make sure your foot is moisture free.
     
          Vinegar:vinegar as got acidic property that helps kill the fungus and lower alkaline found on the skin,which  will  minimise the spreading. It also  helps to draw moisture from  your feet,which makes it  heal up speedily.
1: Get a bowl fill it with warm water  and soak your foot in it for  atleast 15minutes, remove and part dry
 2: mix one cup of water with vinegar and dip cotton wool in this then apply on your foot  for atleast  20 minutes everyday
3: wash with Luke warm after and dry properly

       Garlic: garlic is part of the natural antibiotics, a research once said I garlic has a compound called ajoene that acts as natural antif fungal and anti -bacteria agent.
      1: crush or blend one clove of garlic, sieve to get the juice
      2: Add 1or 2 drops of olive oil in the garlic juice  to make a paste
      3: Wash the area with Luke warm water ,dry then apply the paste
      4:  leave it for minimum 15minutes and maximum 30minutes
       5: Wash with Luke warm water and part dry ,do this atleast once a day
