How to treat insomnia with home and natural remedy


Hello everyone,I'm back again today and will like to talk about how to treat insomnia.
Insomnia is simply inability to sleep .


Symptoms of insomnia
1:Difficulty falling asleep
2:Depression
3:Anxiety
4:Daytime tiredness
 
 Causes of Insomnia
1:psychological problems
2:medications
3:daytime habits
4:sleep disorder
 Today I will be mention just few that I know and will vouch for the ones I've used and as worked for me because different people with what works for them,I suffer from insomnia so I know how it is to have this.
                   Nutmeg
1:get 1teaspoonful of nutmeg
2:get a 250ml of warm water add the nutmeg to it and stir properly
3:drink this atleast 3times daily

 
Chamomile  tea
1:get 1 tea bag of chamomile tea
2:get a 250ml tea cup filled with hot water
3:put the tea bag and stir properly leave it to simmer for atleast 20mins ,then drink when you are ready for bed.
I love chamomile because it works for me properly .
