Foods You Shouldnt Eat That Causes Cancer
Hello everyone,today I will be mentioning few foods that causes cancer.
Cancer is a disease caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in the part of the body.
Foods you must avoid are:
1:Canned tomatoes
2:Farmed salmon
3: Hygrogenerated oil
4: potato chips
5:microwave popcorn
Canned tomatoes: generally canned foods are dangerous and harmful to our health,according to a journal I went through it states that can used to pack foods are lined with a product called bisphenol A an endocrine disruptor that may mimic or disrupt hormones and increase the risk for breast cancer,prostrate cancer ,early puberty,metallic disorders,infertility and so many problems.
Farmed salmon: alot of us just go to fish market and just buy any salmon we see without finding out which is farmed or wild salmon.
Farmed salmon are not healthy and the more you eat this,the more you put yourself in a big risk of developing cancer.
According to a journal I went through it states in 2004 a study published in science magazine revealed that farmed salmon has significantly higher levels of cancer causing and other-related contaminants such as poly chlorinated biphenyls (PCB)dioxins and toxaphene as a compared salmon.
When you are buying salmon make sure it's labelled wild salmon,tho farmed ones are cheaper but for your health is better you go the extra mile to eat well & healthy.
Hydrogenated oil: it's a chemical process in which hydrogen is added to liquid oils to turn them into a solid form. Partially it has got fat molecules.
Some amount of omega 6 fatty acids is good for health.an excess found in hydrogenated oil influences the structure and flexibility of cell membranes,this in turn increase your cancer risk.
Try to avoid hydrogenated oil when cooking,is better you cook with extra-Virgin oil ,pal oil or extra-Virgin coconut oil.
Potato chips :A lot of children this days can't do without atleast a bag of potato chips in a day .
Do you know to make your potato chips very crispy,you need to deep fry in temperature above 120 degrees Celsius . This actually causes them to make a material called actylamide,it's a well known carcinogen food in cigarettes. A journal States in 2006 study published in the international journal of cancer ,dietary acrylamide puts you at a risk of ovarian,prostrate,digestive tract and breast cancers.
Potato chips also as got high fat and calories,which contributes to weight gain,high cholesterol,high blood pressure and its consist of artificial flavours and different types of preservatives that are not good for human health.
I will advise instead of buying potato chips in the store or market,it will be better to make healthy ones at home by using olive oil to deep fry . You can also opt for baked potato chips which is more healthier than the fried one.
Microwave popcorn: A lot of us are guilty of this,especially the people living in a developed country where there is constant use of microwave to warm every food.
Microwave popcorn bags contains a chemical called perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOS),which is highly toxic in nature.
Several studies find that people at workplace making use of microwave often are exposed to (PFOA) they are in a high risk of kidney and bladder cancer ,according to a journal it states in 2009 study published in environmental health perspectives journal,PFOA can cause impaired fertility in women.
If you are popcorn lover make sure it's an open air popped popcorn you make to avoid all this health problems.

ReplyDeleteI understand it is hard to survive without canned tomatoes,but a lot of people are using fresh tomatoes now, tho it's expensive but health is important,I'm also guilty of using canned tomatoes but after this research I begin to adjust .
