Hello everyone, I will be talking about vaginal odour ,which is a common problem in most women,which they have to deal with once or twice in their life time.
Vaginal odour is due to a lot of things e.g hormonal changes,when you have any type of
birth control on you will experience this often,poor hygiene,yeast infection,bacterial growth and sexual transmitted diseases (STD).
Some symptoms
If you have got vaginal odor due to sexual transmitted diseases you will have symptoms like itching,redness,burning sensation and irritation in vaginal,but this doesnt have to be through sexual transmitted diseases alone it could be due to infection.
A fishy odour occurs when you have got bacteria bag ionises.
Vaginal smell/ odour can be very embarrassing.
I will only mention few natural things you can use and this are things I have done research on myself.
Things to use
1.Garlic
2. Baking soda
3.Apple cider vinegar
Garlic: many at times garlic is always mentioned in most things,garlic is one of the natural antibiotics we've got and it gets rid of bad bacteria,
1: Get a garlic clove ,peel and was properly
2: Wash your vaginal area with warm water dry
3: Use the peeled garlic to scrub lightly and leave it for about 30minutes to an hour before washing it off with warm water
4: Do this twice a day morning & night till you get rid of the problem.
Baking soda: Is a product that you can use to balance PH level in your body , it balances the ph level and gets rid of vaginal odor
1:Add half of a 250ml cup of baking soda to your bathing water
2: soak your lower body in it for minimum of 20 minutes
3: Get a clean dry towel to dry yourself properly, this works so fast so try to use it twice daily till you see the problem no more.
It gets rid of yeast infection aswell.
Apple cider vinegar: this is one of the natural remedy products that can't be missing in my house,I don't joke with it, because it cures alot of ailments and this is due to antibacterial and antiseptic properties,
1: Get a pure apple cider vinegar
2: Add about 150 ml of Apple cider vinegar to your bucket of warm water and use it to douch twice a day or soak yourself in it for 20 minutes , this also works like magic
3: You can also mix about 2tablespoonful of Apple cider vinegar in a 200ml cup of warm water and drink twice daily.
